What is therapy and counselling?

Lorna Donaldson Counselling provides a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and whatever is causing you unhappiness, pain or distress. I offer short-term and long-term private counselling to both individuals, students and couples.

My experience extends over 30 years and my private practice was set up in 2004. You will be listened to, respected and valued for who you are. I encourage my clients to learn about mindfulness and self-compassion and in my couple work, I aim to promote respectful communication between the partners.
