Confidential counselling

After therapy, unpleasant symptoms will usually fade and you will feel better and more positive about the future. In this way you are able to gain a better command of your ability to live well, both for the benefit of yourself and others.

My counselling is backed up by regular supervision. As a member of BACP I am bound by its ethical framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work from home two days per week, Mondays and Thursdays offering morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Lorna Donaldson Counselling offers both short-term and long-term counselling.
